Lost the sound

The sound went out on my BH Sharpshooter II. I was wondering if anyone had this problem, or knows about how much it might cost to get fixed. I have three...do I have it fixed, or part it out.

I'm sure First Texas will fix it for free or for a very reasonable cost. Just contact them and get instructions on returning it.

I had some audio problems with my SSII as well. The sound would drop out and crackle once in a while. I have sent it in 3 times for the issue and it has never been totally fixed. It is usable but the audio drops out occasionally. Mine is under warranty and I pushed them for a shipping tags, so there was no cost. Frustrating, but it is the only rig I have and I hate to keep being without it, so I deal with it and watch the screen.
