Lost Ring Bermuda

Not sure if this is the right place to post about this but worth a shot. My boyfriend was on a work trip this past November 2015 to Bermuda and ended up losing an old family ring given to him by his grandmother. It was pushed off his finger by a wave as he swam off the beach at Horseshoe Bay. Its more sentimentally valuable than monetarily but I would like to get it back to him as a wedding present if possible. I was wondering if anyone here is either personally familiar with metal detecting in Bermuda or knows of someone I could get in touch with there that by some miracle could possibly find it! I know its a long shot but it would make our special day that much more special. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!

There is a site that has quite few registered detector-est that will look for lost items.-------I forget the name of the site---------Some one here would most like know or search --Lost Rings Returned---------------after1---------

The web site "Lost my Stuff" may have some folks in Bermuda that would be willing to go see if they can find the ring.
