My Tesoro Compadre with the 4 inch, not the 5 inch coil, gets 2-3 inches more depth then my CZ 5 with the 4 inch..What would be the problem.

Lots more questions before anybody will take a shot at this. Is it a sudden problem? Have you tried different ground balance settings. Are you air testing or comparing in a test garden? Give us a more info and I am pretty sure people will have some suggestions or at least more questions.

No on the sudden problem...Both at zero dis settings...Air and test garden...

Do you have another coil to try on the CZ? I'd check ground balance, set the CZ up in autotune (all metal) and then see how deep in gets on the test garden targets.
