Got this in my change from a recent purchase at Wal-Mart...Oldest coin I have on hand yet, and in great condition...can still read liberty on the headband.

I got one of those for change one time never dug one up though need to get more change nice find without a detector.
 
Looks like it is from ground recovery too? Even though I work in a coin shop...I enjoy ground recovery stuff. (Guess it's because of putting together a penny set from them.) The 1883's tend to be worn out and you have a good LIBERTY there! Great find!
