pictures are sure interesting.
 
Families down on thier luck (as if LUCK had anything to do with it) with lots of children and now way to provide for them.
I guess at that level the men don't really know where the children come from or what causes them. You don't mind helping
someone to help themselves....but they need the basic tools to help themselves first. Geez!:sleepy:
