Looks like I've started October, with a GOLDEN/ICY BANG! #30!

Went for a spin, this afternoon with Huntress and the Excals. We were in the water at 12P, into a 117P -0.1L and SW winds at 5-10. Things started off a little slow, but kept moving around, till the magic happened. Target density was pretty good, with a clad count of $1.87 and some nice lead showing.

The prize is #30 gold ring for this year! It is 14K, 3.4Gs and has 2 channel settings, with 9 diamonds in each channel. We baled at 5P.

WOW thats a BANG UP way to start Oct GH!!!! Well done my friend! Nice to see that ice and gold in the scoop. btw..the ice ring i found last week was a real quarter carot according to jewelry store...I need to find another one, so far gold is a big 0 for Oct.....just some clad so far. BUT with my excal I know i'll turn another gold item. HH
