October or Novembers issue as Fisher got their coil released first for the Coinstrike :) I guess we know who has more advertising $$!! Glad to see Fisher made the coil as I ordered mine and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. If its as good as the 5 for the CZ's then it should be a killer in trash!
 
Glad I wrote it in 1 day, & rushed it to W&E & all for them to sit on it for months..... :throw:
I will support & promote the Sun Ray 5.5" CS-5 Invader coil over the Fisher one's that I was never even informed of at all, even though I'm the promoter & field tester for the EDge & C$.....Besides, I think SunRay's adaptor to make one coil work on both units is key for me anyhow. I'm not buying 2 coils.....in fact I'm not buying one coil. I think I've done enough free promotions....
 
but with an adapter to make it work on both. But that's only an assumption on my part, they could ver well have made two seperate coils for both machines.
 
Because I have 2 10.5" coils.....one with a Edge sticker the other with a C$ sticker. They never thought of an adaptor for those coils. The adaptor is a SunRay invention....
 
made a decision to market them separately to try and make more profit from those who own both units? I admittedly have no clue, but when you stop and think about it, Fisher has never really openly said the Edge and C$ were compatible, at least to my knowledge. It's always been alluded to that the two were different, what with the spec published on the Edge and a partial "mystery" with patent pending on the C$. It looks like intentionally or not, Sunray sorta blew the cover off of that one. If in fact the two coils from FRL are the same except for the decal and connector, someone is gonna make a few bucks selling adapters. :)
 
The 5in coils are the same, the connectors are different. Fisher had pro-to adapters. I think everything stopped when texas took over. I made an adaptor for the 10.5 and the 5in coils some time ago
