[attachment 209426 bandit.jpg] Really brave ! Out in the back yard at 2 in the afternoon. He'll have to wait until Monday as I'll be Umpiring all weekend again and I don't want him in the trap for an extended period of time. Stressful enough as it is for them.

Are you ,sure it isn't the relocated one come back,they can range widely. Take a stick and put a dab of fingernail polish on the top of his head to id him,dont try to handle him they can easily bite through leather gloves, and their reaction time is much quicker than humans(they are cat family). They are dangerous.. The only time healthy animals are out in daylight is the spring when they nurse young and then rarely. That critter probably is diseased, and even more dangerous. They can carry several diseases including but not limited to rabies. Best bet is call animal control(if there is one in your area) let them deal with it-thats what they are paid to do..
