Got off work early today , so I put my ace in my louiseville slugger bag, hopped on my bicycle and rode over to a local boat launch. Only problem was , while riding over people kept giving me strange looks one couple in a car stopped when I rode by them and just stared , Well the village idiot rides again. I thought about it and it looks like I have a gun barrel sticking out . So I asked my neighbor what does this look like to ya , the reply " looks like you have a barrel of a gun sticking out of your bag." You can see in the picture. But did hunt for an hour at boat launch , about twenty six cents, some copper brass and lead. Got another hour on a another limestone parking area, almost 2 bucks and a pendant(MoM). Hopefully I can post some real good finds oneday,(like silver coins), but for now, I'll take what I can

We sure get some unusual comments from people. I treat them as compliments, smile and say nothing. The hecklers have no idea of the finds some people have made. If they did know, they would probably be joining us in the field also. Good that you got out and had some fun.

You would think Garrett, Teknetics and Fisher would send a bag added to price by all means with each detector. The best protection going to and from detecting are those padded bags. At least you are doing the best with what you have trying to protect your investment. Keep swinging that coil and hopefully you find enough to buy a bag for your detector or get a detector that comes with one. HH

Nice finds... WTG... I use a poly rifle case i got at
a yard sale ..it fits the ACE and the GTI
collapsed down but thats no big deal to assmeble
either tector..
