Looks like a LOOONNNGGGG winter!!

Grumpy Ol diver and I were sitting around, belly aching and complaining about life in general.
I wanted to feel some beach sand again. My daughter gave me a vase with some florida sand and shells she got last summer in Florida.
I put my wedding ring in the sand, wanted to find a ring SO BAD!!!
Then realizing how pitiful this looked, thought you all would get a kick out of it.
So here is winter treasure hunting, Iowa style.:sadwalk:
 
Although that is indeed sad (but hilarious), I totally understand.

Now if come February your daughter finds you down in the basement fully garbed in a wetsuit wading in a plastic kiddie pool full of sand and water using your scoop to find planted jewelry you'll probably have taken it a little too far (hehe).
 
I know most people will react differently in front of that, but most water hunters will tell you, it's a lovely picture ! :)
