i'm looking to trade for a nice cortes with some extra coils. i have a cz 70 with 3 coils in nice shape to trade. would like to have the 12x10 and 7" coils with the machine. i have the 5.75 coil for the silver umax and think it will work on a cortes. thanks .........roger
I've got a Cortes. I'm the 2nd owner and my best guess is that it's about 3 years old. I'd be happy to give you the serial number and you can call Tesoro to find out when it was made. It's in great shape and comes with the 9x8 as well as the 10x12 concentric coil. Don't really think you'd see much of a need for the 8" round coil if you'll have the 5.75 and 9x8 coils.
I love the ease of use and the accurate visual I.D. However, I live on the gulf coast and would like to trade for a detector that can be used on land as well as wet sand. I think the CZ70 might fit that bill.
