That might be hard to find since the best settings will change from location to location and user to user. This is what makes owning a programmable detector so special, YOU get to make the best program for YOU in YOUR ground and hunting style. Until you find or make your own best settings, the factory settings are pretty darned good.

Do a google search for "Fox's VX3 programs"
What makes his programs any different? Do you live in Florida where the ground is so neutral that a detector won't ground balance like Fox or do you live in Culpepper where you can only run all metal? People wonder why their results with VX3 are not what they expected. There is no way to get around learning what the settings do.
