Looking for a good 8" Tornado coil, a target ID meter ( Minelab version only can be the one that came with Elite or GT as long as it works ) and some toggle switch boots. I know accessories for these are not easy to find but if you have any of these items collecting dust let me know what you have and how much. Just shoot me a message. Thanks!

There was a Sun Ray DTI3 on the classifieds a few days ago, but it sold fast. The DTI 2 and the DTI 3 will work with the Elite or GT plus any of the other Sovereigns, it was the older Minelab 550 meters before the Elite and the GT that didnt work.
See what you come up with on coils as I may decide to sell my 8 inch Tornado coil and the lower shaft, but would like to see if you can find one first before I decide if I want to sell mine.

Thank you! I actually prefer the 180 or 550 meters as I never had a problem with them and they aren't a big and gaudy as the aftermarket ones, I never had the need for a target ID list I just learned my numbers. I understand why you would not want to sell you 8" coil and if I find one I will of course mention it on this thread.

I have an older BBS 8" coil its heavier and should NOT have the splitting cable issue than is common on the newer Sovereign coils.
No offense to Rick, Im sure his is a good one.

Mine has a couple of issues but nothing that effects its performance. There is a small separation on the bottom of the coil between the outer plastic and inner epoxy. It can easily be glued, just never got around to it. There is also a small clip in the cable covering. I used that water-proof fusion tape to cover it. It also has a new connector. It is well used and works just fine. If interested it will be $75 PLUS shipping. Let me know where you are located. Th
