looking for some toggle switch covers

fwcrawford

Well-known member
I have a musketeer advantage detector and would like to find the switch covers that folks are using on the soveriegn detectors.
Where can these be found?
Thanks,
Felix

Sent you a PM with a linkey.

me too, i can find the big ones but not the small ones to fit the sovereign, other than in maplins a 1.99 pound each($3.98 each) would work out a bit dear for 10 for 3 machines

These can be found at Sun Ray or most Sun Ray dealers have them too. I have some in stock myself as it is the same rubber boots that are used on the Sun Ray inline probes that fit the Sovereign control box.

i have been making my own with ...........silicon fish tank tubing! looks great, easy ,cheap and very functional.cut to size ,heat end gently , pinch between fingers, then trim.
insert pencil tip in other end, heat and slip over toggle fast before it cools.get the greenish/aqua marine silcone type.i think its 15 to 20 cents a foot.sam in ms

Hi all, I bought some SunRay toggle boots from Rick, very nice quality, nothing is going to get in the switches with these boots. According to the book I'm reading from Mr. Clynick these toggle switches are the achillies tendon on the sovereign and if any foreign material gets down in there it may cause the machine to break down. Better safe than sorry.
