We will be traveling this week to MD the 58 miles from Melbourne Beach to Jensen Beach for 2-3 days, and am hoping to find a fellow Detectorist who would open their door to two weary travelers. We are in our 50's, semi-retired and good people. I would be willing to reciprocate any time you'd like to come the SW Florida Coast (Ft Myers Beach area). We are looking for nothing more than a place to shower and lay a bedroll; no meals or "guide services", however good conversation about detecting is ALWAYS welcome! I'm planning the 5 hour drive on Thursday, April 24, and have to be back on Sat. afternoon, so no intent to "overstay" my welcome. Any takers??? Pam in Fort Myers.
