looking for info on find

found an aluminum coin ( not actual coin ) about size half dollar-one side reads----remember Christmas day 1921---other side reads--santa claus club 1907-WM. BOOTH founder Clinton, Illinois.

Only thing I can find , WM. Booth was a British Methodist preacher and he founded The Salvation Army, and was in the USA in 1907. Any help ?
