Looking for Hunting Partners in South Jersey

Big Al (NJ)

New member
I'm in the Air Force stationed at McGuire AFB (Wrightstown/Cookstown). Since my hunting partner retired and moved to Michigan I've been detecting by myself. Looking for a hunt partner/partners to go out detecting with. I enjoy relic hunting, farm fields, home sites and occasionally will hit parks. If your interested here's how to contact me:
e-mail: asckhilla@comcast.net
cell: 609-234-6007

Thanks, HH Big Al (NJ)

Hey Big Al, I was in the Air Force for 8 years myself. I was a crew chief on F-15's and F-16's. I'm from NJ but rarely get down there anymore. I don't know were you live but if you are in the Long Branch area I can suggest a spot for you that yields a lot of modern coins with the occasional Indian or silver coin. The place seems to keep poping stuff up.
Good luck to you! Nick
By the way, there is some seriously good spots in South Jersey hidden away. Look at my post about I.D.ing buttons. I found that stuff in a SJ field. I knew a guy in the AF down there that found tons of colonial coins and finally one day he got himself a 1793 large cent! I thought I found some stuff till I met that guy. He primarily hunted down by you in SJ. He also took a lot of time looking at old maps and documenting locations and where he found what. His research payed off. Good luck again!
