Looking for feedback on these two Fisher service centers...

I have to send my CoinStrike in for repairs under warranty (better be under warranty!) The two nearest service centers to me are:

National Utilities Service out of Phoenix, AZ

and

Whitaker Electronics out of Mesquite, TX

or...should I send it to the factory?

Anyone have any feedback as to which on I should use? What has been your experience?

Personally although more travel time involved goes to the factory..Nothing against the service centers but just my feelings no matter who the maker of the unit may be...
 
I sent my 3D back to the factory. I was pleased with the service and the knowledge of the techs. I definitely would go that route again.
