Hi, New to the forum and was looking for other treasure hunters in my area? Located in Hampden, MA area. Any body out there? Thanks!!!

hi, find much out there in Billerica? How are the condition of the coins there? Coppers out here especially colonials are acid rain pitted!!! _-George

SPOT EARLY THIS YEAR. FEW OLD SILVERS HERE AND THERE,MOSTLY BARBERS SOME SEATED IN THE MIX,MY BUDDY GOT A NICE SEATED HALF THIS SPRING. HEY MY NAMES GEORGE TOO!!

Hey George, Hell of a name isn't it? Sandy soil is the key, but not many sites like that. That's why when I would see someones coins come out of New York looking great, i used to doubt them. Then I found some in sandy soil and I believe it now. Also if you have any lime deposits around it helps too. Haven't looked up to see how far you are from me, but it's probably a couple of hours. Who knows, maybe we can get together for a day of detecting in the fall or spring. How's the shore detecting in the winter? See ya - George
