But looking to start the hobby again and want the best
Looking at the Whites V3i and the Whites V3iHP
Don't want to call out the prices but is the wireless headphones worth a extra $150 more?
Or is it best to buy a V3i without headphones and upgrade in the future if needed?
Are both detectors the same except for the wireless headphones?....Thanks alllllll JT

Yes definitely need the head phones, the noise annoys non hunters. Not only that you need to hear the little silver peeps that are deep. Wireless is the only way to go.

It's a personal thing. You can do just as well with wired headphones and many people do. Wireless is nice but not necessary. Good wired phones aren't cheap.
