Found one!!!!!
Use a small drill bit as you only have to drill out the very center of the rivet as that is what is holding it on the shaft. Then just rivet it back on your shaft so the meter will slide in place as small screw wont work. be careful and not mount it upside down like I have done a couple of times.

Yes Desi. I am in good shape. I will post before and after photos of the GT. On the forum when I get it done.
