Looking for a quite beach

Hi I need some help. I am looking for a quite beach either in Key West or 1 of the islands to spend a few days out of the cold . It is our anniversary and my wife likes to sleep late and I am up early I can spend some time on a beach detecting before she is up. Then get back have a late breakfast and spend the rest of the day with her.
Any suggestions? Thanks
