Looking For A Proven (User Rec.) Program

Well I had a great first day hunting with the unit yesterday, pretty much just using the variances of tones to make it through my first day of hunting. I did well just listening to the audio variables and adjusting the Iron mask by trial-error (guess work on my part). I did seems to notice the cross-hair to be higher up on the chart display and the lower to be of nickel target, sort of similar (but dif.ID per # values).
I plan on making my learning fairly SAS (short as poss.) to learning to use the unit, I found I got bored if I analyzed a targrt to much like I did at first with my GTI 2500, I just dug a good sinal anyway.
So anyone have a good custom program, I can read on saving it by reading the manual.
Thnx-Nice Machines

I just like running iron mask -10, varibility and limits maxed, gain at between 5 and 7, deep, Audio 1 (Not many like Audio 1, I just do because it gives a longer audio response), Sens 32 Auto, but I am going to run sens in manual more this year when I can,(I ran it 26 manual the only time I have been out this year, some places here you just can't run manual unless you have it down around 18 or so), 2d screen, I hate digital. That is about it. I had a pretty decent first year with the Explorer and those settings are about what I used the whole year. I am sure that once you get some hours in on it, that you will come up with some of your own settings that work better for you down there. Sounds like you are doing pretty good though. Keep it up.
