[size=large]It's called a "floppy" or "Lippy" lure. First made in France around 1950. Garcia starting selling them in the U.S. in the 60's. One of the BEST small stream/river lures EVER made. I could have fed the starving masses with the small mouth bass I've caught on these little lures. Haven't seen one in 25 years. If you know of any let me know. [/size]
