Looking for a meter cover for the Whites Pro

Anybody knows where I could find a rain hat/meter cover for my Xl Pro? Same as the 5900/6000 meter.
Need something a little classier than a sandwich bag.

I don't recall ever seeing such a critter. Personally, I just put a strip of electrical tape around the edge of the lens.

go to your local boat or awning canvas shop. You know the place where boat tops are made.
I walked into my local one a few years ago and handed the head unit to the lady at the sewing machine and it was done that same day. Perfect fit and clear screen cover too.
You wil only have about fifty colors to choose from also.
Mine cost ten bucks to have made.

i saw a couple of rain covers on ebay one fit box and one fit the screen for xlt http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=350110407906

Stay inside and drink beer when it is raining. Or take out the back up detector. The rain is no place for a detector with knobs. No adjustments can be made under the plastic.

What I had in mind was to protect the meter face from scratches and dirt, with the occasional downpour. Kinda like the plastic on a granny's couch they put plastic over everything!
The XLT does seem to be able to wear a rain coat a little better than the XL Pro, true but with the XL Pro you just "set it and forget it". Much easier to settle into "the zone" and get on with the job of detecting.
Simplicity is efficiency.
