Looking down...

Has my neck wondering if I'm punishing it!
Anyone else have pain when out for hours?
Maybe I need to shorten my hunts, but when
You have the park all to yourself it's hard to
leave!!

not much trouble anymore since my neck is used to it. Now and then though. Nope don't shorten your hunts. I have hunted 10 + hours and the longer you hunt the more you find. But then the next day many things will be aching! :detecting::stretcher:

If I go several days without hunting and then go my legs get really sore.

Actually I don't look down all that much until I 'hear' a signal that sounds interesting. Then I check the meter to get an idea of what I may have found. My shoulders and back are what shorten my hunts more than anything else. I'm learning to pace myself more each time I go out now.

Guess we are all just getting old! I have to
work on listening more than looking, I think
that may help in a few ways. Thanks everyone
for sharing your own issues! Make me feel
a little younger ;)
