Thinking of adding to my arsenal but want a good deep coin/jewelry machine. I like the deleon TID but is there somthing similar that has a GB and goes deeper? Guy has a deleon with 10 hours on it like new for $348. Still looking and thinking thats half the fun!!
 
I believe the Cortes has GB has a 9 segment screen its TID same as Deleon,but a a smaller reading screen.
 
It has GB and a SUM toggle ? go to tesoros website read manual on it,more money for bang a few more gizmos.Along with the ability to notch out targets etc.
 
The Cortes has manual ground balance in the all metal mode. The discrimination mode is factory preset.

Well I found the Vaquero for sale in the classifieds here today for a great price. I just could not pass it up. From what I reading the Vaquero is a heck of a detector :)
 
Definitely one of the better "beep and dig" machines. I think you'll like it.
