No more bread for that porky panhandler .. his 'handles' are looking pretty prominent already! Maybe you should rat him out to the humane society before some immigrant eats him. I came across a dumped white ferrett in the park this summer that was kind of looking for a friend. I wasn't sure how to handle him without losing an arm so I called the animal fuzz. They busted him for vagrancy but found him a new home in a couple of days. 
but when he was so friendly and kept wiggling his tale I thought his home was close and I think he went back home
