My wife told me to put it back when I got finished using it and if she caught me throwing it on the driveway and running my detector over it she was going it kick my butt.

I ran it over my Gold Bug Pro coil and I got a ID reading of 81/82. That's a copper penny reading on my detector. Is it a penny or a $20 gold piece? I'm digging!

you got an 82 because of the "mass" of the coin! remember the id will vary with the shape and size as well as the 'content"

Are you leading from behind like the president is doing? I was at the site a good while before you even made your grand appearance.

I tried to get you to go with me to that new site in the bad part of town, so I could have a decoy.

I figured you'd be leading from behind and taking most of the gun fire while I led the way back to the car.

what is the setting made from? If it is white gold, silver or platinum it will alter the response from the coin...i.e. a gold coin without the surround would read differently.
