Long shot pays off.....

I noticed the other day that here in Podunk they'd ripped out the outfield fence at the "ol trashy ballpark" and turned up a little dirt in the process. So I loaded up the etrac and figured I'd hit it on my way back from the dump. It was a long shot but I scared up this nice Canadian dime (screwed out of another Barber again....lol)! Don't overlook those long shots.....

Nice long shot find!
Turned up dirt, street and side walk tearups are prime areas to detect especially if the area has a history.

Like seeing these finds posted as i only been out 3 times so far this year. Too much other higher priority stuff going on lately and hitting all at once.
Its looking like serious detecting this season is gonna be sparse to non-existent for me maybe until mid/late Summer or Fall when the dust settles. Hopefully i can squeak in some detecting sessions in the mean time.
