Yesterday me and Luke drove a good hour and a half away to get a chance of hunting a beach that might not have been visited this year. On arrival, the lady told us a guy was there in early june... oh well, that was before the season, so we might have a feww goodies.
Well the place is so huge, even if the guy was there yesterday, he couldn't have detected the whole site.
We stayed there for 5 hours and altough we have many coins, jewels were very scarce. I only got a very small gold ring and a silver quarter, some silver rings and a silver chain plus give or take 20 bucks in clad.
On the lunch break, a local told us about an other beach not to far away and we decided to pay it a visit on the way back.

Once we got there, at first we were sure the place had been visited because there were very few signals. Then we started to get tons and tons of coins. The most interresting was that the were loonies and twonies (1$ and 2$ coins). We had so many signals we decided to break for supper and hit the water again after. It was very dark when we decided we were done. I only managed an other small gold though, no other jewels were found. I knew the total of the day would be impressive, i taught it would be voer fifty bucks.

We drove the long way back, pretty exausted but happy with the results even if the gold count wasn't impressive (Luke didn,t had any :( )

Once i got home, i calculated my total : 306 coins for a grand total of 110.83$ Not my personnal best record for the total, but for the number of coins i dont think i ever dug so many!

Now where is that big chunky gold i'm so thirsty of ?

all the louder, surface targets! Now you can listen for the fainter, lower tones without interference. My husband calls the coins the "byproduct". What he is looking for is the GOLD!!
