These guys must have camped next to creek by an old cabin site. All thats left in field are small chunk rock, broken glass and pottery scattered everywhere. Managed to find 1 coat size and 3 cuff size Cavarly buttons, a rare 16 guage pinfire shotgun shell casing, an 1865 I.H., a .54 Starr Carbine, couple brass casing, and a bunch of other neat little relics. Also dug a trash pit, lots of big broken chunks of pottery and glass. I refilled hole and will return when not so muddy. Thanks for looking!
