Local school hunt

I took the Compadre back to a school that I hit last Saturday. I used both the Vaquero and Compadre last time there. I figured I would just use the Compdre this time and get to know it better. I did notice that without the pinpoint feature the I wasn't as accurate at digging small holes, sometimes the target would be just off to the side of the plug. Just need to learn it better. There were many solid signals in the gold range (disc was set at the 'O' in iron). After a few pulltabs and eraser bands, I pulled some nickels. I got tired of digging foil bits, etc, so I started thumbing the disc and finding some dimes and quarters. Strange that one nickel was a 1949, as the school was built in 1992. I have alot more ground to cover there, I am definitely going back soon!
