Local park gives it up GOLD

Went to a local park today with my son. He was using my 6000 di pro sl and I had the xlt, well he gets a quarter reading down 4 inches, digs the quarter,
then he rechecks the hole and pulls out this 18k 5 diamond mans ring, rechecks the hole and pulled another quarter out.
He says it showed as a quarter but with a "funny sound" so be sure to check the "funny sounds" heh heh.
This is his first BIG find an he sure is jazzed about it.
