Lobo ST question

Eric

New member
Does the lobo start to behave erratic when the batteries are almost dead? Bought a Lobo with the batteries in. Last hour of the hunt today its started to behave like if the sensitivity was set to high. It lasted for a few minutes and then back to normal. This was repeating the whole time. Will get new batteries tomorrow and see it that was it. Anyone knows?

thanks, Eric.

I donno, I just bought a new LST a couple of weeks ago. I noticed while I was doing air tests, if I left the detector un-attended for a while it would start hunting after awhile, like it's finding it's own targets. As long as I was using it it was Ok. This happened in All-metals mode, only. Maybe this is related, maybe not. Great detector though.

Haven't used my batteries up much yet , too HOT to stay out very long . Let us know what you find out when you re-battery . H H

Yeah when the lobo's batteries ar very low the machine can sound like it is retuning or picking up false targets. I have had my Lobo for many years now and there is no way that I would part with it.
