Living In A Train Caboose.......

Kelley (Texas)

New member
Spotted this train caboose being used as a home while visiting a small town in Texas a week or so ago.

I think it is neat...they have a TV antenna, deck for sitting outside, basketball goal for the children, washing machine, nice shade trees. The large yard would enable you to pitch a tent to house the Mother-in-Law when she comes for a visit, plenty of room to park a boat or stock trailer too. I noticed that the area under the train caboose is clean, uncluttered, no place for a snake or skunk to hide.

With a little imagination and planning, a train caboose could make you a nice, low cost, low maintence home. Tejaswrangler :)

im always amazed when i see things like that!! that caboose has to be a couple hundred square feet ...almost like living in a walk in closet of a hug house...i like it.....
very nice picture Kelly...love it

Nice bachelor's digs. I also see another car in the pic, (to the left) Maybe that is where the M-in-law stays. Looks like it may be a stock car:surrender: .......nge
