Yesterday I go to a store to buy a few stove parts, I bring two samples in with no model number(as a rule you need model numbers)
I pick up one part off shelf one problem solved. Then I show one clerk the second part, she just says, we need a model.
So if I listened to her, my 30 minit trip would of been wasted... but hold on there... I know that if I ask a more diligent clerk, 99% he would no where that part is in the store.
So I ask the man clerk if he recalls where this part is, within 1 minnit he asks how many do I need, I didn't say much but I was pissed off at the first useless woman clerk... I'm going to write a complain, all she had to do was ask her co-worker, any other customer may just may have gone out the store, still trying to track down parts.
This is a minor example but shows how little a person does can cause so much frustration,, would of taken her a split second to get a second opinion... oj
