little help with V3 all metal mode

I'm not a smart man. When it comes to reading the book to find out how to do something, it seems like it gets all fouled up. Can some one please tell me step by step how to get to all metal mode, and what is the best settings to start out with. Thank you for all your help.
 
Good morning Lt....let me try to guide you to the right adjustments.

Run Coin & Jewelery......as an example.

Now scroll left or right through the LIVE CONTROLs at the base of the display.

to see if you have SEARCH AUDIO available.......

Stop scrolling when over that little panel.

Press the ENTER keypad.

You should then see the various boxes which allow you to select the audio mode you require.

ALL METAL is in the list.

Hope that gets you on the right track..........Let's take it one step at a time.
