Decided to try and finish up the outfield of a baseball park today. I covered about half of it last fall with a 250. I only covered about half of what was left today. This time I had the ATpro and it was cranked wide open. I dug a ton of coins at 8+ inches. So here is the problem - As great as the Predator (George Lesche) #85 is. It ain't big or wide enough to recover a deepie in a reasonable amount of time. This is exactly why I've been working on a AT digger. I actually got tired of digging 8+ memorials. It is real black loamy soil so either they sank that low or they top filled? I even lowered my sensitivity but it was still going too deep. I have had the Ace 250 and 1350 but this ATpro just has some raw power you have to harness.
PS: Get ready for the "well my make and model machine has tested much deeper than the Pro's in my field tests" I know it's coming. They have their own forums don't they? This is me stirring the pot. How am I doing?
IT"S ALL TRUE - It ain't no HYPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
