Light Mount

Stang12

New member
My buddy suggested I show post my light mount.
What do you think?

[size=large]i used the same idea for mounting my garrett pro pointer to my whites machine. used one of the mount bracket from my sun ray probe.

This bracket was made in my shop. I just got the ATP on Friday.
I extended the cuff also.

Good to see you, miss seeing your posts in the beach hunting forum.

Guys, this the gentleman that built the digging tools I posted a few weeks back. I he is now fully addicted to detecting and decided on an AT Pro. I am an authorized Garrett dealer so I ordered him one last week, it came on Friday afternoon and he already machined an arm cuff extension and machined this flashlight holder yesterday.

The holder is made of plastic or nylon material and is secured with a socket head cap screw through one of the adjustment holes already in the shaft. The flashlight snaps easily in and out of the holder or can be turned on while in place to add additional light while hunting at night on the beach to help watch for targets in the sand.

Looks similar to those used to mount flashlights to bicycles, when using them as headlights.

But I'm curious - if it is so dark to that you need a flashlight, shouldn't you go ahead on home, eat supper and relax?

And detecting runs deep in you soul, food is second to detecting for me. I guess thats why I'm almost 62 still a 184lbs and 5'11''. My wife is 5'1'' 105lbs wet, I make her wear lead shoes on a windy day so the wind doesn't blow her down the beach, and I have to stop detecting and go chaseing after her. Gene
