Let me just tell you that a huge void has been brought upon me, my ctx was sent in for repairs and there's no telling when I'm getting it back. Thanks to Find's and everyone here who posts their great finds, tips, and thoughts...it keeps me going until she returns to me. HH ya'll.

Hey DG, I have some great news for you! It's supposed to get out of the low 20's here and into the 30's
by tomorrow. I'm gonna get to hunt! Since your Jonesing, I'll video my hunt JUST FOR YOU! :beers:

Hope your suffering down there in the tropics! :punch:

Addiction withdrawal tends to ease up after a week and continues to slowly improve with time.................... until you get that box on your doorstep......... you get that emotional high again, the familiar good feeling, I got to go hunting.... I got to go hunting... I got to..............

Hang in there, it will be back home soon.....

Larry...lol, the withdrawals are harsh indeed. And thanks Gatekeeper, I look forward to your videos to keep my addiction at bay.

Sorry to hear that

But do you have a back up? When I received the ctx I was gonna sell my explorer xs because I thought I might need the money to pay off the ctx. Glad I didn't sell you never know when you would need it.

The coil came apart at the seam. I was getting random beeps every now and then but never thought to look at the coil because the machine is so new, plus I chalked it up as falsing from the beach mineralisation. Upon inspection I saw this:

I feel your pain. I sent my CTX in for a pinpoint problem a week before Christmas and have not heard anything back from them yet. Fortunately I have an E-trac to ease the some of the pain.

I would call them, that's quite a long time w/o it. I just got my t-rex scoop and put the handle on it, it's standing there...just staring at me, lol. It's begging me to take it out.

Looks like mine is headed to them too....... only had it a tad over 2 weeks.....
