Should'nt have cleaned it so good,
But it says;
LICENSED CHAUFFEUR
35394
NEW YORK
EXPIRES JULY 1, 1924
Looks like it popped off of something or was attached to another item ???
Any other Info on this ???
 
they had pin backs on them and were actually licenses to drive trucks, cabs, etc.
 
This is one I found few weeks ago #355838 and expires July 1, 1924.
 
I thought I saw one posted earlyier.....
Found mine in the W.N.Y area though
Place where I found it is being paved now......
