Level of mineralization - revisited

It would nice to know the mineralization levels in different areas. So if anyone on this forum has done a level of mineralization test would you please post the six digit numbers and where you live. I live in Northeast Iowa and did the test in three different locations in my back yard. The lowest numbers were 00 66 49 and the highest was 00 84 24 indicating I have very mild ground. I have listed the link below to Barnacle Bill's original post if you would like the information on how to do the test.

Measuring ground mineralization.

Hey Ron, Thanks for the post. It appears that the soil in your corner of the State is not much different than mine down in SW Iowa. The last time I ran this test, my numbers were 00 77 32. Very mild soil! That explains why I have such good luck with the concentric coils! HH Randy

OK. I have a question. Today at a park that I was checking out, I tried the test. The numbers there were 00 01 25. This would indecate almost non existant mineralization. Yet, the GB/Ground Phase number was 17.

How does that work?

Remember, there are two types of mineralization that we can measure. Each requires a bit different test process. Were you measuring the magnetic mineralization or the conductive? HH Randy

OK. I went back and re-read the procedure. I measured the magnetic. But I screwed up at the same time, by having the 3kHz coil on for the test. It was the coil that I was hunting with at the time.
