I don't want to annoy anyone but ya never know and since Pete in MI isn't my real name then under a new federal law I could go to jail if (1) I intentionally annoy you and (2) don't tell you who I really am.

I can see this being abused, misused and many wrongly accused.
Though the American 'un'Civil Liberties people say it is 'problematic - you can bet they will be the first in court to use it against an innocent person. This won't stop anything - just cause more problems. Typical problem solving for the government if people won't learn respect we will pass yet another law to force them to be respectful. Duh - it don't work - never has - never will.
