30mph winds and about 30 degrees without the windchill. The last 2 words out of my wife's mouth before I left was, "you're crazy!"

Maybe she has a point. :lol:
 
No. I'm crazy :lol:

I just wanted to get out. Haven't had much of a chance to hunt lately. Got in about an hour but the tide wasn't right and the beach was really sanded in. Ended up with 2 crusty pennies and a dime. Did see one other crazy guy with an MD though, so I'm not the only one. Have a good negative tide coming up next weekend and a real good one on New Year's weekend. I'm hoping Santa gets me another coil for Christmas so I can try it out the following week :)

Hope you had a great holiday! Me? I'm as stuffed as the turkey!
 
I had to take a walk to ease it.
You are lucky to be near the beach for anytime you want to get out. Here there's just the same old schools & parks to do. Glad you got out - I sometimes like to be out just to be out also, Steve in so az
