Learning the E trac

jarid

New member
Hello to everyone. Well a few months ago I decided to spend most of my digging time with the E trac in an attempt to un-lock silver coins in my area that others have missed, after all I have read over and over about how the E trac can find silver in pounded public places. A few weeks ago I felt like I was starting to get the feel for the E trac and my confidence grew. It is important to remember that in the last four years I have only found three silver dimes, (with other machines) silver is scarce in my area (Sacramento CA) however in the last few weeks with the e trac I have found three more dimes.

All only three or four inches deep but masked by iron/junk.Then today I went back to an old school that I have hunted many times (with other machines) and right away I got a textbook 12:46 from every direction and the depth meter locked on about 3/4 of the way down the scale. I smiled instantly and at 8 inches down was my first silver quarter. I really believe that this is just the tip of the iceberg for me and the E trac and silver coins. Thanks for looking.

I hope you can uncover many more! Congratulations on the silver!
