Learning about V3i

Burbank Bob

New member
New guy to this forum, old member at another ... heard this is the place to learn about V3i detectors.

Met PokerShark the other day and got to see his, plus watched a few videos.. may be just the ticket for my junky LA parks.

Looks like a great machine and has a leg up over ETRAC.

Looking forward to getting to know some of you.

Welcome to the forum. Both are super detectors and have their place. For some one is better than the other. On the other hand for some people neither is the right choice. For sure it is different from your XS. ROB

I've hunted your junky L.A. parks with the V3, and done very well. To me the V3 is the ultimate in trash filtering. You'll still dig a fair number of pulltabs, and junk..but my experience in the year and 1/2 I've had it.. has been wonderful. The only think I worried about in the L.A. parks were the criminals that seem attracted to some areas.

Bob,

It was great meeting you Friday and my wife has already chalked up a few finds with the Ace 250. Thanks it was a great deal.

You have the source for V3/V3i/VX3 info. There are some very nice folks here and they really know their hardware. If you have questions, it is a safe bet you will get those answers here.

Take care buddy!
