Hello,
Can someone tell me where lead should come on a meter, or its conductivity?

Thanks,
Best regards,
Steve

I have found alot of sinkers around lakes, while using fairly high disc., so I would say it is at least in the same range as zinc pennies, if not higher. I don't fish so I don't know, but I think sinkers are made out of lead.

Old bullets may be different. Mini-balls and such.

Most bullets and bullet fragments Ive found while prospecting come in at 30-40 VDI,same as gold can be.

Most of my bullets have come in at around 54, but they've registered as low as 30 and as high as 65. Size and type seem to matter. If I recall correctly, musket balls read higher than minnies, probably due to their round shape.

Had to look back in my notes but I have two that I've recorded #1 I think was a 22 bullet 30 VDI - #2 I think was a chuck of plumber lead 49 to 52 VDI these were found with a XLT
