Met Nathan for a morning hunt yesterday. I came home with 9 fired 3 ringers and 2 small 2 ringers that i assume were pistol bullets and an 1888IH. The 3 ringers were deep and only gave an iffy one way audio response and a tiny dot in the 12-39 to 12-41 range. Most were 9 inches or more and the ground was hard and dry. They pinpointed just fine though. My record was 4 in one hole.

With the bullets being so deep, I bet you have found a short range target shooting range. A little searching around and you might be able to find where they were shooting from and find some buttons or more...

There is so much trash around there it would be a challenge. Need to go back with my ace and get all the surface junk out of the way first.
