these are my finds of the last 2 days , hope you enjoy them, all the wheaties were pretty deep , 7 to 9 inches, indian head was 7 inches Rosies were 3 to 4 inches . The last 2 items , i found at a old homestead built in 1855, James Hill, was a chaplin in the civil war , he built the house , moved back after the war and lived and died there , a medal of honor winner from our town , i found the button there at about 10 inches , then about a month later i found the pin (the size of a quarter) Says " james hill, chaplin 21 first iowa infantry , about 5 feet away from the button, the place was hunted out or so i was told , there were about 4 unfilled holes around each of my finds , guess he missed a few things(lol) I'll bet he didn't have an SE. What a machine and i barely know what i'm doing yet .

Both the button and especially the badge may turn out to me very valuable finds indeed...let's see what the experts have to say out there,,,congrats and HH!

I love it when the neighbor tells you he cleaned it out years before and that you won't find much. I ask " Did you use a Minelab?" The answwer is almost 100 percent no so far. Then I show them my pouch and the stuff his old school detector missed. Thats when they want to see how the Minelab works.
Nice finds, The badge rocks!
